Most parts have a 2 year unlimited mileage warranty. Warranty claim may be subject to rejection if part appears damaged in other way besides standard wear, part was improperly installed, part is in working order, if vehicle has been used in a way not recommended by the manufacturer, or any other reason that PMR may dignify as a reason to decline. Warranty claims only cover parts, labor is not included in claim. Customer may be asked to provide pictures of part in warranty claim. To file a warranty claim, fill out a warranty claim form, then ship the part to:

All return shipping due to customer error must be paid for by the customer. All parts returned due to customer error are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Parts that were shipped by PMR and arrived damaged or were incorrect from the order will have return shipping paid for by PMR and the stocking fee will be waived. Should a customer have any issue with an order received from PMR, they should contact the company right away. Returns - customer error or company error - will not be accepted after 30 days unless otherwise discussed with the company. All cores must be shipped back to PMR within 30 days to receive credit for the core. Cores must be in their original packaging, and shipping is paid for by the customer. Cores must be returned with the provided core sheet to ensure the core is credited correctly. Cores must be in usable condition, with no cracking, missing parts, excessive rust, or any other damage that could deem the core unusable. Cores deemed unusable or not received within 30 days of the initial shipment may be subject to core credit denial. Cores denied credit will remain with PMR unless customer pays return shipping to have core returned. All cores should be shipped to:

SPECIAL ORDER PARTS
PMR can receive hundreds of other parts for your Sprinter. If a part is not listed on our website, simply call or email us to order the part needed. Please have year, make, model, engine size, and part number (if possible) ready. Currently, special orders must be paid for over the phone or through email via credit card, or at our store in Marion, IL, for cash, check, or card. Special orders will not be placed without payment first. Shipping will be calculated based on part weight, time frame, and location of customer.
Any customer that is tax exempt must email PMR a copy of their tax exempt ID number. Orders placed without the tax exempt number will be subject to Marion, IL, tax rates.
Orders must be placed before 1 pm CST Monday-Friday to have item shipped that day. All orders placed after 1 pm CST will be shipped the following day.
